Thank you for considering Moonsong Magic, your South African Tail Maker! When you receive your invoice, please check that all relevant information is and sizing is correct.

All items are made to order. Please allow four to five weeks for tail manufacture. Clothing takes 2 weeks to complete.

Using a courier is now the shop standard. It will come with accurate tracking and be with you within 2 business days

Please ensure you are familiar with Mermaid Tail care, considerations, returns policy and refund policy. Due to orders being custom made, we are very strict with what qualifies for a return, or for a refund. So please ensure you measure correctly before submitting your order request.
