REFUND POLICY

Mermaid Tails

Moonsong holds our products to the highest standard. Due to the custom nature of products, we can not perform any exchanges or refunds on any items bought in the store unless there is a strong case.

Cancellation of orders: you may only cancel your order within 5 days of purchasing from the shop. Please contact us immediately if you wish to cancel. If the tail has already been sent to print, we are unable to refund your purchase.

Moonsong Magic can not be held liable for any damage the item has incurred on route to your destination.

If your package is lost in the postal system, please contact us immediately and we can discuss options. Moonsong Mermaid Tails reserves the right to refuse refunds on parcel lost due to negligence on either the postal service or the buyer not collecting their parcel in time.

Birthday Parties and Courses

In the case where the party intends to cancel the event, they are obliged to inform the service provider before 48 hours of the date of the event. In the case of informing the service provider after the 48 hour deadline. there will be no refund issued.

In the case where the assigned facilitator is unable to attend the event due to sickness or unforseen circumstances, the parties involved will be offered a postponement date. If the parties are unable to attend the next available date, the party will be issued a refund.

Situations that are not eligible for full refunds:

Party does not show up to the event
Party feels unhappy with service
Party found an alternative service provider on the day
Weather conditions

Situations that are eligible for partial refund

Service provider was unable to complete the service offered
A change in services midway performance due to unforseen circumstances
Weather conditions preventing the service from being completed
