Moonsong holds our products to the highest standard. Due to the custom nature of products, we can not perform any exchanges or refunds on any items bought in the store unless there is a strong case.

Cancellation of orders: you may only cancel your order within 5 days of purchasing from the shop. Please contact us immediately if you wish to cancel. If the tail has already been sent to print, we are unable to refund your purchase.

Moonsong Magic can not be held liable for any damage the item has incurred on route to your destination.

If your package is lost in the postal system, please contact us immediately and we can discuss options. Moonsong Mermaid Tails reserves the right to refuse refunds on parcel lost due to negligence on either the postal service or the buyer not collecting their parcel in time.
Courses
No refund will be given once a course has commenced or e-learning code has been issued;
* Only payments in full will secure our spot on the course;
* Students to be medically fit prior to enrolling in course. If in doubt, please refer to a doctor. Not being medically fit won’t constitute grounds for a refund;
* Student is to be proficient is water skills prior to enrolling in course. Basic swim skills is a requirement
*A medical certificate needs to issued in order to postpone a course which has already been paid for due to medical emergencies arising on the date the course is due to commence. No other reasons for postponements are accepted and the course amount will be forfeited.
* Students will only be certified if they meet the minimum requirements as per the current NAUI S&P manual (copy available on request) based on the objective evaluation as done by the instructor of record.
Any disputes is to be referee to NAUI Services - Africa for mediation.
